5. Third-Party Platforms

Our service integrates with third-party platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (YouTube), to enable cross-posting and scheduling. When you connect one of these platforms, you authorize us to act on your behalf only to the extent you approve during OAuth consent.

By using the YouTube integration, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You may revoke our access to your Google account at any time via Google Security Settings.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our service through any connected platform complies with that platform's own terms and policies.

6. Termination

You may stop using our service and disconnect any third-party platform at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, abuse the service, or breach the policies of connected third-party platforms.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party APIs or that every scheduled post will be delivered. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
